Love all things Autumnal? Then you’ll be a huge fan of this big hitter festival. The Malvern Autumn Show is an annual jamboree of gardening, artisan produce and nostalgia. Expect giant vegetables, stunning floral displays, special guests, live music, great stalls and loads of family entertainment.
Where and when can we go?
For the first time ever, this jam-packed event is being held over three days, catch it from Friday 24 September to Sunday 26 September.

For foodies, there’s a brand-new outdoor Food & Drink Village. Stay tuned for who’ll be here, but be assured it’ll be mouth-watering, expect a mix of artisan food purveyors serving up delicious dishes. There’ll be a mix of local and world suppliers too, making for an amazing gastro experience.
Did someone say the words ‘gin show’?!
We did indeed. Visit the popular Malvern Gin Show where you can do tastings, showcasing gin producers from across the three counties and beyond, it’s a must-visit for gin lovers. Plus go to the Cider Garden, courtesy of Westons Cider Mill, which offers weary legs a comfy spot for some R&R in the heart of the showground. Pull up a seat, grab a bite to eat and enjoy a refreshing tipple of Hereford’s finest.

For the green fingered, there’s the open air RHS Flower Show, offering visitors the opportunity to wander through impressive displays and don’t miss out on all the gardening inspiration, hints, and tips and of course the chance to grab some seasonal bargains.
No visit to the Malvern Autumn Show would be complete without experiencing the CANNA UK National Giant Vegetables Championship! Expert growers battle it out for the title of biggest or heaviest vegetable and each year World Records are smashed under the watchful eye of the Guinness World Records. Love a giant marrow? Then step this way madam.
Oo … what’s the Harvest Zone all about?
The luscious sounding Harvest Zone celebrates the great British harvest, with produce from the counties’ orchards and hopyards in hops, apples, cider and beer. The Orchard Pavilion brings you both traditional and modern orchards, from apple orchards to damson orchards. A great place to buy orchard trees and produce from local farms. Come and cast your vote for your favourite Perry, try the best of the Three Counties’ fresh fruit and juice, and find out more about hop production.
I’ve got little ones in tow. How family-friendly is it?
Families will love the Family Green where there is heaps of harvest fun to be had. There will be crafty activities aplenty, giant tortoises to coo over and fluffy four-legged friends on hand.
What about a spot of shopping?
The Malvern Show is a shoppers nirvana, visitors can head to the huge Countryside Shopping Pavilion for a unique selection of gifts and homewares.
What about any special guests?
At the heart of the show is the Autumn Potager Theatre which will feature an impressive line-up of guests and celebrities, sharing seasonal gardening tips and trends for 2022. Previous years have seen the likes of chef Jean Christophe-Novelli, Carol Lein and Vivi Gregory. Keep checking back as this year’s names are soon to be flying off the press.
How much is it to get in?
General Admission (from 9am) is £18.00 per adult, Under 16-year-olds go free! (but ticket required). Standard parking is free, or you can opt for Gold Parking at £15.00.
