We love this stand-out pub with rooms, located right in the heart of pretty Stow-on-the-Wold. Having had a swanky refurb in mid-2016 it now offers 22 rooms, plus a contemporary, bright restaurant with wood-fired oven, a decadently huge bar area and lots of nooks and crannies with urbane, retro styling.

There’s a full and tasty menu on offer, but pizzas are a speciality here with the wood-fired oven. Families will love this place especially, they even do a bespoke kids menu. There are double, twin and family bedrooms and you can stay in a double on a B&B basis from £90 a night. Explore the fantastic town of Stow, packed with great cafes, shops and galleries, and then free-range out to the great Cotswolds outdoors which is right on your doorstep.
