Whether you fancy levelling-up to a Justin remix or flexing to a world-class ballet session, resus your energy levels and find your grind from this lovely lot. (fyi – legwarmers totally acceptable.)
The Hip Hop one
Length: 30 mins
The vibe: What’s that? ‘Passion over perfection you say?” Hell yeaah! We love PopSugar’s fun approach and easy to understand workouts. Dance away calories with this hip-hop Tabata from Keaira LaShae. Tuck jumps have never been so fun. Never knew what a twerk leg was or how to do one? It’ll be an education. Great one for beginners.
The 80s & 90s one
Length: 15 minutes
The vibe: If you’re old enough to remember Cher’s Strong Enough from 1998 (ehemmm, moi?), then this oldies pop fest workout will give you life. Set in some kind of chic French chateau we’re loving the backdrop, oh and the handy on screen countdown clock. So you can see how long the pain will last. Easy to moderate.
The core and glute one
Length: 30 mins
The vibe: If you never knew where your core and glutes were, say hellooo. Check in with Mike Peel for this highly motivational dance workout. Expect a focused workout with a brilliant hip hop remix soundtrack, loads of step and slides and an infectious energy to get you going.
The summer vibes one
Length: 30 minutes
The vibe: High-energy Caribbean-inspired workout. Raquel Horsford’s style is great for beginners, encompasses feel-good energy with attention to form, and will leave you feeling uplifted and accomplished. Great for booty toning and cardio.
The dance sequence one
Length:: 7 minutes
The vibe: A simple, super-quick, choreographed dance for beginners to work up a midday sweat. Get your mind and body buzzing with this power dance workout, perfect for fitting in to the day when someone asks for a snack every seven and a half minutes.
The shadow-boxing one
Length: 10 minutes
The vibe? A well-paced, rhythmic workout with lots of easy to get explanation on moves along the way (thank god). Slick backdrop and really motivatinal, great for all levels and beginners.
The famous actress one
Length: 40 minutes
The vibe: This Reebok x Les Mills BodyJam workout features actress Nina Dobrev (from the Vampire Diaries) and is a high intensity workout where you’ll learn choreographed dance sequences at the same time. One for the more advanced beginners.
The Tik Tok one
Length: 14 minutes
The vibe: Err yeahhh, I do Tik-Tok too oh eye-rolling teen! A bite-size dance cardio workout from Kerrington Johnson to four high energy songs including “Level Up” by Ciara. Moves are fast but simple. Might up your cred with the kids if you survive. Infectiously fun.
The high-energy one
Length: 15 minutes
The vibe? Aminah Jackson gives you a quick full-body cardio dance workout mixed with jump training. Dance like Beyoncé, and train like Serena, while you’re dancing to your favourite songs.
The ballet one
Length: 45 mins to 1 hour 10 mins
The vibe? World class ballet training from the comfort of your home bar(re) with the actual English National Ballet. Count us is. You can get a 7-day free trial, and after that it’s £9.99 a month. Classes range from 30 minutes for beginners to one hour 10 minutes for the really bendy among you.
