<p>Roots + Seeds Kitchen Garden is one of our favourite places for a mates catch up. Located on the edges of Cirencester Park it is run by friends Toby Baggott and Sam Lawson-King, two passionate foodies. They will rustle you up the best barista coffee and brunch of your life. Almost all the produce comes from the newly planted, sustainable kitchen garden outside the café, and if you have pre-schoolers in tow there&#8217;s a fantastic wooden playground outside and sectioned off play area inside.</p>

<p>Bored of the same old flat whites? Try this place which serves up Acai bowls and smoothies including a Collagen Elixir (erm, yes please) combining strawberries, bananas, coconut milk, chia seeds and a scoop of collagen. Head for the one in Cheltenham, or Worcester. We love the sound of the Sunshine Yoghurt Bowl, Kicking Avocado on Toast, and the Choco Zing Latte&nbsp;consisting of coffee, oat milk, dates, cacao, banana and honey blended with ice.</p>

<p>This boutique family-run café has branches all over Glos, serving up glorious artisan coffee, cakes, pastries, and a banging avocado and feta on sourdough, it always has a great relaxed atmosphere so however lively your meet up chat gets no one will mind. Sit outside and snuggle into the free blankets too.</p>

<p>This one is so now with it&#8217;s Barbie pink vibe, this instacool café has it all, from coffees and buns to freakshakes, doughnuts to brunches and afternoon teas. If you didn&#8217;t like pink before you went in, you will do when you leave.</p>

<p>The brew bar at this hip roastery is open for coffees and slabs of cake throughout the week at the roastery on the Lansdown Industrial Estate, it&#8217;s one for the coffee purists. The baristas are on hand to offer advice on beans and brew methods, so you couldn&#8217;t get a finer shot of caffeine. Coffee is made on a La Marzocco Strada machine, so it&#8217;s top of the shots.</p>

<p>The Arts Café is a lovely, home-from-home type place to meet up with friends, in the pretty village of Painswick just outside Stroud. Have a delicious barista coffee and scrumptious cake then browse the work of local artists and makers. Afterwards seek out its neighbour the cool <a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/CiZh9G-AT0m/?hl=en">Meadows</a>, a café and boutique mash up, serving cake, fresh coffee which you can enjoy around a super cool big rustic table. <a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/CiZh9G-AT0m/?hl=en">See it when we popped in for a pastry here.</a></p>

<p>The perfect place for a meet with a mate that entails a glorious walk on the way up to Broadway Tower so you can justify that illegally large cinnamon bun when you arrive. Morris and Brown cafe has indoor and alfresco seating, try the signature hazelnut hot chocolate, it doesn&#8217;t disappoint.</p>

<p>This place is set inside a giant antiques warehouse in Stroud. One of Muddy’s favourite places to get a delicious brunch then go for a browse of two floors of gorgeous vintage homeware and furniture. The café serves up a great menu including full English breakfasts, Sourdough Breakfast Rolls filled with mushroom and halloumi and gorgeous slabs of homemade cake. Try the rocky road, it’s insanely good. Eat inside in the velvety booths or outside.</p>

<p>Just a few minutes from the centre of Cirencester this place should be top of your list if you love speciality coffee with an ethical conscience. Stock up on a bag of the good stuff to take home and get a takeaway flat white, latee, Teapigs tea, hot chocolate and a small range of cakes. A local favourite.</p>

<p>This great find in Gloucester is perfect for serious coffee drinkers, as a specialist coffee house it roasts the highest grade single origin beans. There’s also an extensive menu for breakfast, brunch and lunch from lovely filling paninis to homemade cakes, make sure you try a Bronut too (when brownies meet doughnuts!). Lots of gluten-free and healthy smoothie options too.</p>

<p>Elevate your meet-up with a smorgasbord of treats at the Alchemist, open for all day munching and brunching. This awesome eatery and drinkery has the best cocktails we&#8217;ve tasted, or if 10am&#8217;s just a tad early (ok, ok) you&#8217;ll find great coffee and brilliant mocktails as well as a great food menu to pick from.</p>
