Glorious Greek gastronomy is the order of the day at this new Greek restaurant in the heart of Cheltenham.

Hot on the heels of two sister eateries in Banbury and Leamington Spa, Mr Souvlaki began serving up an authentic Aegean experience to hungry punters in the Regency town in 2022. This place has an impressive back story too – it’s a real family affair. The grandfather of the current owners ran a small canteen back in 1940s New York, with a big dream to bring Greek food and hospitality to the US. Fast forward two generations and his grandsons are following in his footsteps in the incarnation of Mr Souvlaki.

Expect the most tasty and original Greek street food, served up fresh and hot, with an artisanal 2000’s twist. The menu is 100% authentic, and next-level delicious may we add, from succulent skewers of grilled meat to skepasti, souvlaki stuffed with meat and thick chips, crispy halloumi, grilled sides, dips, and an array of vegan options too.
