<p>Luckily we&#8217;ve curated 9 brilliant cycle routes to get you pedalling off into the sunrise / sunset like a pro. Fancy exploring some e-bike action? No sweat. You might be surprised to know that some bikes have ranges up to 130 miles, meaning you can reach places other cyclists can’t in just a day.</p>



<p>Whether you&#8217;re a keeno beano biker, a relative newbie, or just want to get the kids out into nature check out these brilliant picks.</p>

<p>Set off from the stunning Burleigh Court Hotel for this top notch circular ride with Cotswold Mountain Biking. Starting from the hotel, Tim will take you on a stunning zip through nature, taking in the National Trust Minchinhampton and Rodborough Commons just nearby, over gently bubbling waterways, through the glorious vineyards of Woodchester and Nailsworth and back to Burleigh to refresh with a cool drink or lunch on the sun terrace. </p>

<p>How about setting off on a spectacular tour of the Cotswolds with an organic packed lunch packed into your pannier? Sound idyllic? Then book a tour with Cotswold e-Bikes located at Abbey Home Farm. Perfectly placed just minutes from the market town of Cirencester you&#8217;ll get to pedal through some of the most famous picture postcard villages in the Cotswolds such as Barnsley, Bibury and beyond. From a flat 15k loop to a challenging 50k they have something for all abilities, with routes that avoid major roads. If you are staying locally, they will even drop up to 8 bikes straight to your door and pick them up again when you are pedalled out. </p>



<p>The e-bikes come with Garmin sat navs to help you navigate country roads with turn-by-turn directions so you never have to stop and look at a pesky map! <p>Join in other keen cyclists on this bike ride on 16 June. Organised by Stroud Valley Bike Club, this gentle 25 mile route hits the road in Dudbridge at 11am. Describing itself as &#8216;Female friendly&#8217; it sounds like a great one to do if you&#8217;re normal put off by the testosterone of a cyclist pack!</p>

<p>What finer way to cycle than taking in the oldest inhabited castle in England. The 12th century Berkeley Castle is one of the highlights of this lovely circular ride which starts off in the town of Berkeley and snakes its way across almost 35 miles of total tranquility. </p>

<p>The Venice of the Cotswolds couldn&#8217;t be missed out on our list of beautiful bike routes. Try this 26-mile circular route which takes you not only through the dreamy village of Bourton-on-the-Water (we recommend starting early to dodge the crowds in Summer) but also through the two villages of Upper and Lower Slaughter, the epitome of Cotswold charm. Straddling the banks of the River Eye, the two villages have remained completely unchanged for over a century with no building work taking place at all since 1906. </p>



<p>This ride is best suited to more experienced riders as it it challenging in sections, but so worth it. Need bikes? <p>A good one for the whole family, this loop is a gorgeous ride through a number of villages in the North Cotswolds around Cheltenham. Starting in the market town of Winchcombe above the River Isbourne you&#8217;ll pedal past quintessential cottages, boutiques, quaint pubs and tea rooms. </p>

<p>Combine steel and spokes with this great bike and trian mash-up. Cycle as far as you want then catch the train home! The Cotswold Line Cycle Route is a ride that follows the scenic Cotswold Line railway from Oxford to Worcester through Moreton-in-Marsh, Chipping Campden and Evesham. It&#8217;s brilliant for beginners, taking in the fine Cotswold scenery without the harder hills further south. </p>



<p>It&#8217;s not totally flat of course, but there are plenty of cafés and pit-stops along the way.
