The Spiced 75 (Sweet)

Ingredients:

35ml Penrhos Chilli & Pear Gin
15ml lemon juice
15ml elderflower presse
Top with chilled Champagne or English sparkling wine
Optional: dash of chilli tincture

Method:

Shake all ingredients with ice
Pear fan or a thin red chilli slice on the rim
Top tip: make sure to use the rest of your pear as a snack on the side
Serving glass: Coupe or flute

The Picante Pear (Spicy)

Ingredients:

50ml Penrhos Chilli & Pear Gin
20ml lime juice
15ml sugar syrup
2 slices of fresh chilli
15ml pear purée or high-quality pear juice

Method:

Muddle chilli in a shaker. Add all other ingredients. Shake hard with ice and fine strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass
Garnish: chilli slice. Optional chilli salt rim

The Farmarita (Bold)

Ingredients:

50ml Penrhos Chilli & Pear Gin
25ml lime juice
20ml Cointreau or triple sec
10ml Sugar Syrup
Pinch of salt

Method:

Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a coupe or rocks glass over fresh ice. Optional: add a chilli salt rim or dash of chilli tincture
·Garnish: Pear wheel or lime wedge dipped in chilli salt
