This gastro gem has been serving up homemade vegetarian and vegan breakfasts, lunches and cakes since 1998. Proudly Stroudie, it has the most eclectic menu, from a stand out mushroom stew (it&#8217;s amazing we tried it) to falafel toasties and a large range of daily salads to tuck into. All the usual favourites are here such as avocado on sourdough and there&#8217;s a delicious range of drinks such as the Turmeric and Ginger Chai and great coffee from Ross-on-Wye. Arranged over two floors with a seperate kids room (and great kids vegan options too), the food is organic and sustainable. Make a beeline for the incredible cakes, including Kurdish Apple Cake and the Chocolate and Almond Cake (GF).

This award-winning joint in Regents Arcade won Best Restaurant in the Muddy Stilettos Awards 2021, and for good reason. It offers an impressive vegan menu of authentic Japanese dishes. Tuck into hand rolled sushi, ramen, teriyaki, yakisoba, and mushroom bao buns.

Flying the flag for veganism in Worcs since 2018, this great indie has two eateries in the city centre, a restaurant in historic New Street and bakery and cafe in Cornmarket Square. Open for lunch and dinner with a huge selection of delicious vegan dishes on offer including fun sharing trays.

This brilliant restaurant run by two Venezualan sisters has a great atmosphere and really stand out vegan food options. Go on a Weds for 3 Platicos (dishes) for £10 or a Thursday for 3 Tacos for £10. Top tip? Try the Mushroom Taco, it&#8217;s one of my favourites, a soft corn tortilla with mushrooms, vegan feta cheese &amp; avocado crema.

The Ivy is one of the poshest places to lunch, brunch or dine in Cheltenham &#8211; and so pretty! But the prices are surprisingly reasonable. We love the attention to vegan-detail here as there is an entirely separate vegan menu to choose from. From the Avocado and Tomato Cocktail with a spicy harissa sauce starter to Wild Truffle and Mushroom Linguine, and if you want the most beautiful presentation this is the place to come.

One of our fav hangouts for vegan nosh is FIve Valleys in Stroud which has a new hawkers style street food market to rival Borough Market in London. Make a beeline for Kyuri Sushi with its authentic Japanese and Korean dishes or Thai2Go for the best Pad Thai we&#8217;ve had outside of Thailand. Non Solo Pasta here also does an amazing Pasta Arrabiata, cooked up by Italian chefs owners Matteo and Clara.

Want a vegan takeaway instead of eating out? Try ths. Sowl Fuud is the first 100% vegan takeaway in Gloucester and has a great looking menu. Try the Sowlspagbowl perhaps or the Sowl Tower Burger with Herby Chips. There are wraps, smoothies, kebabs, hot dogs made with tempeh, plant-based patties and coconut cheese. There are temptog sounding golden tempeh nuggets and a children&#8217;s menu too. Proudly pioneering it uses local organic produce to ensure only the best fruits and vegetables go into the dishes.

With an entirely plant-based menu this great vegan eatery on Winchcombe Street dishes up a variety of vegan favourites. Go for a New York inspired seitan burger with vegan cheese, pickles and coleslaw or perhaps a Middle Eastern style kebab wrap with tahini and salad. There&#8217;s even a &#8216;tofish and chips&#8217; with minty peas, for a vegan take on a British classic!

This South American inspired cantina is bursting with colour on the walls and flavour in the food. All beautifully presented there is a full, dedicated Vegan menu here. HIghlights include the Peruvian Chaufa Fried Rice and the Chocolate &amp; Clementine Torte with raspberry coulis.

Authentic Sri Lankan street food awaits at this great restaurant in a quirky setting. Many of the dishes are dairy-free, and a large menu offers plenty of vegan choice, including traditional Kothu; spicy polenta battered mushrooms, coconut sambol, pineapple curry and the creamy and moorish Fat Sister – pumpkin cooked in coconut cream.

The popular 288 Bar and Wok is a little heavenly pocket of Hong Kong on Cheltenham’s High Street. There is a great menu here for vegans with a wide choice of mouth-watering Asian cuisine. Try the tofu curry or wraps or plump for a vegan platter with tempura vegetables.

This purely vegan-dedicated restaurant does sit-ins and takeaways. Using locally sourced food, the menu is inspired by Kenyan, Asian and South American food, with dishes like samosa chaat, cassava chips, enchiladas and Thai green curry. There’s also a selection of decadent desserts, including a biscoff and coffee cheesecake you will fall in love with. Guaranteed.

Super fresh vegan, Thai food is the mainstay of the Bangkok Canteen. Made from locally sourced produce and tofu made in the UK there is an extensive menu to choose from including fried sweetcorn cakes and veg tempura, while spice-nuts will adore the tofu kapraw – stir-fried tofu with chilli, garlic and Thai basil.

If you are in Broadway and fancy a properly done v-burger head to this new opening. The two vegan options are portobello mushroom with mouth-watering add ons and a deep-friend beer battered halloumi burger with avocado smash and pomegrante molasses &#8211; drool!

This great Malvern eatery does a stand out Vegan Brunch as well as a Vegan Evening menu for all palates. Most ingredients are locally sourced and highlights include the tapas dishes, cauliflower steak and fries and a delish vegan fig burger.&nbsp;
