Valentine’s Day Cocktails To Impress!
Whether it's Valentine's Day, a Galentine's Zoom or just an excuse to treat yourself (err yes!) we can't think of any better way to celebrate the most loved up night of the year than with a romantic gin cocktail or four.
We've thrown on our Muddy mixologist hat to bring you these lovely libations. The only question is, which is your favourite? ...
Cherry Love

Tangy citrus with sweet cherry flavours lift the dark fruits and smoky char from the whisky, finishing with a light silky spice.
INGREDIENTS:
50ml Single Malt Whisky (our choice is Cotswolds Distillery Gin)
30ml pink grapefruit
15ml cherry syrup
15ml egg white / aquafaba
METHOD:
Place all of the ingredients into a shaker and dry shake (without ice). Add ice, shake and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with grated dark chocolate and a cherry. Drink! (before someone else does!)

Hanky Panky

A riff on the classic cocktail created by Ada Coleman (the first female head bartender of the Savoy) in the early 1900s. Incredibly complex botanical flavours including piney juniper, vanilla & light smoky spice with a touch of citrus freshness. A fervent and sophisticated cocktail.
INGREDIENTS:
45ml Cotswolds Distillery Dry Gin
45ml Cotswolds Vermouth
10ml freshly squeezed orange juice
5ml Cotswolds Whisky Amaro Liqueur No.2
METHOD:
Place all of the ingredients into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake and fine strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with orange peel.Don’t forget to show us your cocktail creations by using the hashtags: #muddystilettos and #CotswoldsDistillery
Wild Passion Spritz

Deliciously fruity and very refreshing. Bursting with sweet orange and tart citrus.
INGREDIENTS:
50ml Cotswolds Distillery No.1 Wildflower Gin
25ml lemon juice
15ml passion fruit syrup
Top up with champagne or soda
METHOD:
Place all of the ingredients into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake and strain over ice into a gin glass. Top up with champagne or soda and stir. Garnish with passion fruit.
