It may seem like a drop in the ocean, but changing the way you shop can have a big impact on the environment. Step forward Designer Shalize Nicholas, based in Stroud she’s the rather inspiring owner of eco-aware clothing and homewares label, Madia & Matilda.
Creating clothes from pre-loved garments and textiles, she has bags of experience having worked under designer Greek-born fashion designer Mary Katrantzou in Paris, no less.
