<p>The wait is finally over, <a href="https://www.instagram.com/thefox_dowdeswell/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">The Fox at Dowdeswell</a> has officially opened just outside Cheltenham. Breathing new life into the former Koloshi Indian restaurant site, the beautifully restored country pub pairs seasonal British dishes with relaxed Cotswold charm. </p>

<p>And there&#8217;s even more to come, with boutique bedrooms, shepherd&#8217;s huts and wellness experiences all planned for the future. Safe to say, this is one destination we&#8217;ll be visiting on repeat. And can we just take a moment of awe for those beer garden parasols?</p>

<p>Clear the diary and start eyeing up a weekend in Broadway, because one of the Cotswolds’ newest openings has bagged a seriously impressive gong. The House of George has been crowned <strong>AA Restaurant with Rooms of the Year for England</strong>, less than a year after opening. </p>



<p>Owned by George Davies (the man behind Next, ASDA&#8217;s George, and Marks &amp; Spencer&#8217;s Per Una) it&#8217;s home to around ten beautifully designed bedrooms, a sleek cocktail lounge for pre-dinner drinks and the acclaimed MODA restaurant. Perfect for lingering lunches or a peak Cotswolds escape. </p>

<p>Cirencester&#8217;s shopping scene has just had a glow up with the arrival of a cool new indie boutique. To The Nines looks totally gorgeous, offering beautifully curated clothe and accessories (their cool new slogan fans are so on trend for the heat!) and total dupes for designer bags like Birkins. </p>

<p>Move over, Cotswolds. THE PIG is heading to the heart of England, with <a href="https://www.thepighotel.com/on-the-farm/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>THE PIG-on the farm</strong> </a>set to open in <strong>late summer 2027</strong> on the historic Walton Estate near Stratford-upon-Avon. </p>



<p>Expect 35 bedrooms, wonky farm buildings oozing character, THE PIG&#8217;s biggest restaurant (plus its largest terrace), and a kitchen garden greeting guests on arrival. Set across 53 acres, the Grade II* listed farmhouse is being lovingly restored with the brand&#8217;s signature 25-mile menu and laid-back, long-lunch vibes. </p>



<p>This will be THE PIG&#8217;s tenth hotel and its biggest restaurant-with-rooms yet, be the first to know when it opens it&#8217;s door <a href="https://www.instagram.com/the_pig_hotels?short_redirect=1" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">here</a>.</p>
